Wieland Concast logoOn November 4th, COO Steven Kelly and President Al Barbour of longtime NFFS member foundry Concast (now Wieland Concast) released the following letter announcing the retirement of Martin Little, Executive VP of Sales & Marketing.

"Dear Concast employees and friends,

It is with mixed emotions that we reach out to you today to announce the planned retirement of Martin Little. Martin joined the metals industry straight out of college and finished his distinguished career with 13 years at Concast Metal Products. Martin has been a respected leader of Concast’s commercial activities and has put us on a path of continued growth. He has brought a professional sales approach to Concast. The mixed emotions come from an understanding Martin is stepping into a well-deserved retirement, however he will certainly be missed.

Martin’s replacement has been selected. More details to follow shortly. Martin will continue working through March 3rd, transitioning his responsibilities over that time.

Martin will be staying in the Cleveland area and will be spending more valuable time with his wife Renda. Martin and Renda plan on spending time in the warmer months on their boat on Lake Erie, enjoying their beautiful granddaughter, and traveling a fair amount as well.

Please join us as we congratulate Martin on an amazing career. He will be missed on both a personal and professional level. We wish him all the best!"

NFFS joins the Wieland Concast leadership team in wishing Martin a happy and health retirement.
