NFFS bids farewell to Erin Russell, Director of Membership & Communications
The Non-Ferrous Founders’ Society (NFFS) announces the departure of Erin Russell, Director of Membership and Communications, as she moves on to new opportunities. Erin joined the NFFS staff in June 2017 and has been an invaluable member of the team, leading numerous initiatives that strengthened the Society’s communications and engagement with members.
During her tenure, Erin played a key role in the rebranding of NFFS, the launch of a new newsletter and website, and the enhancement of communications design. Her dedication to customer support and member relations fostered strong connections within the Society, and her contributions will leave a lasting impact. She will be greatly missed by the NFFS staff, the Board of Directors and the NFFS membership.
"The past eight years with NFFS have truly been a journey," Erin stated. "When I look back at what the Society has been able to accomplish since 2017, I am both proud and amazed. It has been an incredible learning experience for me as a professional, and it has been rewarding to see my efforts have a positive impact on the Society and its members. I would like to thank NFFS Executive Director Jerrod Weaver for his support of my work over the years, as well as for providing the bold and visionary leadership that facilitated our success. I am confident that the talented NFFS team will continue this success into the future. To the NFFS membership, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to learn about the important work you do every day, and I wish you the best of luck in the future."
