About: PIAD Precision Casting Corporation started its U.S. operations in October 1967.  The corporation started as a joint venture between the inventor of the chill mold process, Piel & Adey, and an American manufacturing company. Current operations include a 54,000 square foot permanent mold foundry in Greensburg, Penn., and a 28,000 square foot machine shop in Latrobe, Penn. PIAD’s  ability to produce near net shape castings made of pure copper, copper based and aluminum alloys often eliminates costly secondary operations and provides cost saving opportunities for its customers.

About: Wirco is integral to the supply chain of thousands of companies who work daily to create metal gears, axles, fasteners, turbine blades, steel, and countless other metal items needed in industries across the globe. Many of these metal parts require high-temperature transformations like carburizing, nitriding, and annealing. Those operations are performed in high-temperature heat treatment furnaces, which Wirco helps to keep operating through the supply of manufactured stainless steel furnace replacement parts. Wirco has been trusted for over 50 years to develop and manufacture high-temperature heat treatment tooling for numerous industries in the form of both castings and fabrications. High quality heat treatment tooling produces high-quality heat-treated parts.
