Weaver Materiel Service, Inc. (WMS) is pleased to announce that, effective, Friday August 23, 2024, WMS will have completed the acquisition of the assets of Foundry Products, Inc. (FPI).

Weaver Materiel (www.wmsinc.com) has been a distributor of performance foundry products since 1944. WMS, headquartered in Jamestown, NY, prides itself on providing the highest quality products and services available to our customers which are in 26 states, spanning from Kansas to Maine and two Canadian provinces. With ample inventory in multiple warehouses and several transload locations, an experienced technical sales staff and an outstanding customer service team, we are confident we will meet or surpass our customer's expectations as their preferred foundry supply firm.

Weaver Materiel has hired Teri Tailford and Tim Hall, who will officially start for WMS on August 26, 2024. Both Teri and Tim will be tremendous assets to WMS as we transition our orders and supply chain. Weaver has purchased the current, saleable inventory from FPI, and it will be available to ship by August 23rd.
