TPi Arcade Leaders Strengthen Workforce Development Through Leadership Retention Training

Posted By: Bill Padnos

At TPi Arcade, leadership development is more than just a goal — it’s a priority woven into the fabric of their success. Recently, TPi Arcade leaders took another important step forward by participating in the TPP Leadership Retention Training workshop, a customized 4–hour session based on TMG’s respected Heartbeat Leader Training model.

As the NFFS Network Coach supporting this initiative, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the energy and commitment these leaders brought to their development journey. This training was specifically designed to empower frontline and mid-level leaders with tools, reporting structures, and actionable insights — all reinforced by the critical support of senior leadership.

During the session, leaders gained a deeper understanding of how to identify Engaged, Disengaged, and Actively Disengaged teammates, and more importantly, how to use that information to drive positive change. Equipped with techniques to support teammates who are ready to re-engage and improve, leaders are now better positioned to foster a culture of growth, accountability, and mutual success.

In a powerful moment during the training, each TPi Arcade leader made a formal personal commitment:"I am a Leader. My Team Plays to Win." This declaration reflects not only their individual responsibility to lead but also their collective dedication to building high-performing teams that drive results and embody the winning spirit of TPi Arcade.

The training also introduced a data-driven framework that allows leaders to make informed decisions regarding workforce development. This approach directly enhances organizational culture by increasing morale and productivity, while simultaneously reducing inefficiencies and waste — benefits that ripple across the entire business.

TPi Arcade’s participation in this leadership training underscores the value of investing in people, and they are already seeing the benefits in workforce engagement and operational improvements.
