Investment Casting Institute Executive Director Joseph Fritz steps down

In a message to constituents, Investment Casting Institute (ICI) Board President Ty Ueland announced the following:
 
"Happy New Year from the Investment Casting Institute. Change is afoot!
 
2025 marks a dynamic new chapter for the ICI. We begin with our gratitude for Joseph Fritz as he steps down as Executive Director this month to focus on family and personal pursuits. Over the past decade, Joe’s leadership has been instrumental in creating a much stronger, more versatile Institute and enhancing the ICI’s prestigious image worldwide. Please join me in thanking Joe and wishing him and his family the very best in his next adventure.
 
I’m also happy to announce that former ICI Board President Tim Sullivan will serve as Interim Executive Director while a formal search process is conducted. Tim served as ICI Board President from 2019 to 2020, Board member for ten years and has had a long career in investment casting- most recently as VP of Corporate Affairs at Hitchiner Manufacturing. We are thrilled and appreciative for the expertise Tim will bring to the Institute in the coming months. Please welcome him as we embark on an exciting year ahead."
