Biden Administration releases Fall 2023 Regulatory Agenda

On December 6, 2023, the federal Fall 2023 Unified Regulatory Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (Regulatory Agenda) was released and contains a list and description of the active rulemakings and regulatory priorities of each federal Department and agency. Below is a summary of the actions within the DOL/OSHA Agency agenda that may affect our industry, along with the stage of its rulemaking and a link to the Rule docket within reginfo.gov. These items are presently being tracked by the NFFS Government Affairs Committee, and updates will be provided to the membership as information becomes available.
