Bill Padnos headshotThe Non-Ferrous Founders' Society is pleased to announce another new addition to the NFFS team. Please help us welcome Bill Padnos as the Society's new Director of Business Development.

In this newly created position, Bill will serve as Network Coach for the Society's new Talent Pipeline Program (TPP). He will be the primary point of contact for participating foundries, guiding them through the TPP process and helping them strengthen their talent acquisition and retention practices.

Bill brings over 25 years of experience in non-profit management within trade associations, professional societies, and captive organizations. Previously, he was the Executive Director of the National Tooling & Machining Association Foundation, where he led workforce development initiatives, including youth engagement, education and training programs, and community outreach.

Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University and has earned several industry certifications, including Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management, and a Marano Fellow from the Aspen Institute. In his free time, Bill enjoys long walks while listening to podcasts and making creative dinners. He and his wife, Shari, also love attending the theater, especially when watching their children, Elana and Ari, perform on stage.

"I am excited to join the NFFS team and work alongside our members to address the critical workforce challenges facing the non-ferrous foundry industry," said Bill. "Together, we can build a strong pipeline of skilled talent and create opportunities that ensure the continued success of our industry for years to come."
