Brost Foundry Company sold to new owner

Brost Foundry Company, a leading provider of high-quality castings for industrial, commercial, and governmental applications, announced its acquisition by Mr. John Kemper, Jr. The transaction was finalized on January 1, 2025. Brost Foundry, originally established in 1910, continues its legacy of excellence with facilities in Cleveland, Mansfield, and Lodi, Ohio.

Former owners Steve and Chuck Horvath, who have overseen the company’s operations and maintained its commitment to quality and service, expressed confidence in the transition to Mr. Kemper’s leadership. Dan Horvath, Vice-President of Operations for Brost, will remain with the organization as part of their management team.
