In just 20 minutes, their HR Director generated two distinct video versions, seen below, using a variety AI tools, significantly streamlining their content production process.

With the help of ChatGPT, they crafted content for a 12-slide presentation on the reporting procedure for accidents and near misses. Microsoft’s CoPilot then turned this content into PowerPoint slides, which were uploaded to Synthesia to add animation. By spending just two minutes recording Tad Olson’s voice, Synthesia created a digital avatar, enabling Tad to “speak” in both languages without additional recording. Synthesia even generated the script based on the slide content, delivering seamless voice overs in English and Spanish languages.

This approach not only enhanced Olson Aluminum’s communication with their employees, it also helping to set the standard for AI integration in the foundry industry. Their project demonstrates how AI tools can simplify the process of creating engaging, bilingual content, offering inspiration for other NFFS member foundries to adopt similar solutions as they look to enhance communication, training, and marketing efforts.

Congratulations to the entire Olson Aluminum Castings team on the successful integration of AI into their management toolbox! Watch Olson Aluminum’s videos below to see their innovation in action:
