NFFS Announces Proposed 2023 Class of Officers and Directors

The Non-Ferrous Founders' Society has announced the proposed class of 2023 officers and directors for the Society. The nominating committee report as reported was approved by majority vote of the Board of Directors on October 14, 2022. The proposed slate will be ratified by majority vote of the membership during the Annual Business Luncheon at the 2023 Industry Executive Conference on Sunday, February 26th, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. 

The following individuals have been nominated to serve as the Society officers for the 2023 Class of Directors:

• Rolf Gretschmann, Standard Manufacturers Services Ltd., has been nominated for the office of Society President;
• John Mellone, Beck Aluminum Corp., has been nominated for the office of Society Vice-President;
• George Mugford, Bunting Bearings, LLC, has been nominated for the office of Society Treasurer.

The following individuals have been nominated to serve on the Executive Committee for the 2023 Class of Directors:

• Andrew Iannettoni, Ford Meter Box
• Cathy Dolan, Calumet Brass Foundry Inc.
• Jay Armstrong, Trialco, Inc.

The following individuals have been nominated for a three-year term on the NFFS Board of Directors beginning in 2023:

• Jay Armstrong, Trialco, Inc.
• Cory Knight, Erie Bronze and Aluminum Corp.
• Ian Wiese, Metcovery II, LLC

Directors with terms expiring in 2023. These Directors have been nominated for reappointment to a second three-year term on the Board:

• Chris Greenfield, Federal Metal Company
• Jason Mugford, Bunting Bearings LLC
• Bill Surman, I. Schumann & Company

Directors resigning from the Board effective February 2023. These Directors have completed their term of service, and depart the Board with the thanks of the Society:

• Chip Shamburg, Erie Bronze and Aluminum Corp.
