In an exciting new development set to transform the workforce landscape for foundries nationwide, the Non-Ferrous Founders' Society (NFFS) is pleased to announce the integration of the Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) into its services. This groundbreaking move will bring free, in-plant workforce development consulting to our member foundries, aiming to significantly improve their existing employee recruitment, training, and retention strategies.

This Monday, September 9, at 2:00 PM EDT, NFFS will host a crucial kickoff meeting via Zoom, where the benefits of the TPP will be outlined in detail. This meeting will help NFFS determine whether there is sufficient interest in this program to fully implement the program. The TPP is designed to equip foundries with the necessary tools and knowledge to establish a robust talent pipeline, crucial for maintaining a competitive advantage in the evolving labor recruitment environment. The program not only promises to streamline workforce development but also ensures sustained growth and operational excellence.

Foundries participating in the TPP through NFFS will receive tailored consulting services directly at their facilities. These services are geared towards setting up effective talent funnels and developing world-class labor retention programs, addressing specific challenges that our members face in their operations. By attending our upcoming meeting, foundries will gain firsthand insight into how the TPP can be leveraged to fulfill their immediate and future workforce needs, enhancing overall productivity and industry standing.

We strongly encourage all our members to register for this informational kickoff meeting. Your participation will shape the future of workforce development within our industry, ensuring that your foundry remains at the forefront of innovation and efficiency. Please register at www.nffs.org/TPPmeeting and join us in this transformative journey.
