A meeting of the NFFS Government Affairs Committee will be held on June 26, 2024. Topics to be covered will include:
- NFFS joins NAM Letter Supporting CRA against OSHA’s Worker Walkaround Rule
- DoL Plans to restructure regional operations
- USTR Federal Register Notice regarding enhanced Section 301 Tariffs on some Chinese aluminum products
- NFFS Opposes Regulations Requiring Cybersecurity Reporting for Trade Associations
- OSHA Sends Heat Standard Proposal to White House for Review
- NFFS joins ACC letter urging limitations on funding for IRIS
- New Overtime Pay Requirements go into effect July 1, 2024
