Featuring Keynote Address by Justin T. Meyers, SES, Executive Director, Program Executive Office Aircraft Carriers

The Non-Ferrous Founders’ Society Talent Pipeline Program is proud to host its inaugural Signing Day Event, celebrating the commitment of 6 member foundries from across the country and their collective success in hiring and retaining new skilled workers into mission-critical careers within the Defense Industrial Base!

Why This Event Matters:
This ceremony is more than just a recognition of new hires—it’s a testament to the strength, dedication, and impact of the defense workforce. Foundries, training providers, and U.S. Navy leaders will come together to honor the skilled professionals who power our nation’s defense industry and ensure mission readiness.

  • Justin T. Meyers, SES, Executive Director Program Executive Office Aircraft Carries, will highlight the critical role of non-ferrous foundries in supporting the Maritime Industrial Base and reinforcing the importance of technology, efficiency, and superior platforms in maintaining national security.

  • Jerrod Weaver, NFFS Executive Director, will offer insight into the future of workforce development and the ongoing efforts the association is undertaking to strengthen the defense talent pipeline.

  • NFFS TPP Cohort Members will share their insights and best practices on how the program has improved their talent acquisition and retention strategies. In addition, you will hear from their new hires and how working at a foundry has changed their lives for the better.

The Future of Our Defense Workforce
Through training and coaching, the NFFS Talent Pipeline Program continues to support workforce growth, retention, and innovation. The mission is clear: build a stronger, more capable workforce to meet the demands of our nation's defense today and into the future.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to celebrate, connect, and be part of the movement driving defense workforce excellence!
