REMINDER: Form 300A Data Due to OSHA by March 2nd
NFFS would like to remind all member companies that March 2, 2021, is the deadline for electronically reporting OSHA Form 300A data for calendar year 2020.
Electronic submissions are required by establishments with 250 or more employees currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses. Foundries are contained on the specific industries list under NAICS code 31-33 manufacturing. Establishments with 19 or fewer employees in the previous calendar year are exempt from the digital reporting requirements, regardless off their industry.
