Why Exhibit at the NFFS IEC? 

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2025 NFFS Industry Executive Conference (IEC)! Here are just a few reasons to exhibit:

  • Small show, conflict-free exhibit time. By limiting the the tabletop exhibition to a maximum of 15 exhibitors, the IEC offers ample opportunity for one-on-one, high-quality conversations. 
  • High visibility, with lunch inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors are listed on all event marketing materials leading up to the conference, and are invited to all conference events. In order to ensure maximum exposure for exhibits, Saturday's lunch takes place in the exhibit hall. 
  • Opportunity to upgrade your industry expertise. IEC exhibitors who register for the full conference are encouraged to attend the education sessions to learn about the industry's most pressing issues.

Exhibitor Policies

Cancellation Policy
NFFS will offer 100% refunds on exhibit registration fees through January 17, 2025. We will offer 50% refund from January 18 – February 14. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after February 14.

Photography/Video
No photograph or video is permitted in the exhibit hall without the explicit consent of the exhibitor. By registering for the Industry Executive Conference all exhibitors and attendees give permission to NFFS and its contracted parties to publish photos or video taken at the Industry Executive Conference for promotional purposes. All photos/videos taken during the IEC are the property of NFFS. 


Shipping

Materials sent to The Westin New Orleans must arrive no earlier than February 15, 2025. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials that arrive prior to this date. Packages shipped to/from the hotel will be charged storage and/or handling fees as follows:

Daily storage charges (per item)

  • Envelope - $2.00
  • 1 to 25 pounds - $5.00
  • 26 to 50 pounds - $10.00
  • 51 or more pounds - $15.00
  • Half pallets under 36" - $75.00
  • Full pallets - $100.00
  • Crates under 150 pounds - $75.00
  • Crates over 150 pounds - $100.00

Handling charges (per item)

  • Envelope - $3.00
  • 1 to 25 pounds - $7.00
  • 26 to 50 pounds - $15.00
  • 51 or more pounds - $25.00
  • Half pallets under 36" - $100.00
  • Full pallets - $150.00
  • Crates - $150.00

Return Shipments
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange for transportation of booth materials after the event with any carrier they choose. Exhibitors should schedule pickups directly with their chosen carrier as well as provide carrier specific shipping labels, if required by your carrier, for pickup.


Exhibitor Rates and Registration

STEP ONE: Table Registration

Tabletop exhibit space registration rates:

  • NFFS Associate members: FREE
  • Non-members: $1,800 (includes one-year NFFS Associate membership) 

Includes one 6' x 30" draped table. Electrical service available for $200 (covers both days).

STEP TWO: Exhibitor Attendee Registration

Exhibitor attendees can register for only the exhibit hours or for the full conference, and they are invited to bring a spouse or other non-industry guest.
