- Convenient Hours, Flexible Schedule. Exhibit hours are condensed to one day, from noon to 2 pm, giving you the option to participate in the exhibition only to stay for the full conference to maximize your networking opportunities.
- Intimate Setting with High-Quality Interactions. With a cap of 20 exhibitors, the IEC ensures ample time for focused, one-on-one discussions with key foundry decision-makers. Plus, exhibit hours are set to avoid overlap with sessions or events, so attendees have uninterrupted time to connect with you.
- Increased Traffic During Exhibit Hours. Lunch is held during exhibit hours, drawing attendees to the exhibit hall for more engagement opportunities.

Exhibitor Registration
STEP ONE: Table Registration
Tabletop exhibit space registration rates:
- NFFS Associate members: FREE
- Non-members: $1,800 (includes one-year NFFS Associate membership)
- Non-member exhibitors: Submit your table registration first, then wait to receive confirmation of your new Associate membership before registering your attendees. This will allow you to access member registration rates for your attendees.
Electrical service available for $200 (covers both days).
STEP TWO: Exhibitor Attendee Registration
Exhibitor attendees can register for only the exhibit hours or for the full conference, and they are invited to bring a spouse or other non-industry guest.

Exhibitor Policies
Cancellation Policy
NFFS will offer 100% refunds on exhibit registration fees through January 17, 2025. We will offer 50% refund from January 18 – February 14. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after February 14.
Photography/Video Policy
No photograph or video is permitted in the exhibit hall without the explicit consent of the exhibitor. By registering for the Industry Executive Conference all exhibitors and attendees give permission to NFFS and its contracted parties to publish photos or video taken at the Industry Executive Conference for promotional purposes. All photos/videos taken during the IEC are the property of NFFS.
Shipping
Materials sent to The Westin New Orleans must arrive no earlier than February 15, 2025. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials that arrive prior to this date. Packages shipped to/from the hotel will be charged storage and/or handling fees as follows:

- 26 to 50 pounds - $10.00
- 51 or more pounds - $15.00
- Half pallets under 36" - $75.00
- Full pallets - $100.00
- Crates under 150 pounds - $75.00

Return Shipments
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange for transportation of booth materials after the event with any carrier they choose. Exhibitors should schedule pickups directly with their chosen carrier as well as provide carrier specific shipping labels, if required by your carrier, for pickup.
